How fast is your delivery on timber boards?
Most orders are delivered within 2–3 working days across the UK. Get in touch with us if you’re in a particularly remote part of the UK, as there might be some discrepancies. But we deliver across the country. 

Can I return unused timber?
Yes, we offer a 14-day returns policy for peace of mind if you order more than you need. Find out more about our returns and cancellations here. 

Do you offer volume discounts automatically, or do I need a bespoke quote for larger projects?
Discounts are applied for larger quantities, with bespoke quotes available for big projects. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions about a particular job or order. 

Can you source items that aren’t on the site and manage the whole order for me?
