1. Definition
Suprememerchants.co.uk is a website of and part of Supreme Industries Ltd.
‘We’ means Supreme Industries Ltd registered in England Company No. 11087532 at 6 Greenhill Mount, Leeds, LS13 4AL.
‘You’ means the customer seeking to purchase the Goods from us and ‘You’ shall be construed accordingly.
‘Condition’ means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out below.
‘Contract’ means any contract for Goods made between you and the Company
‘Goods’ or ‘Products or ‘Services’ means the packaged products or services which we shall supply in accordance with these Conditions
‘Terms’, we mean these terms and conditions of sale.

2. Security
Supreme Industries Ltd considers our users and customers security very important. We attempt to ensure that shopping with us and use of our digital services are extremely secure.
When using this website to checkout, upon entering any sensitive information look for the padlock or text stating ‘Secure Mode’.
This ensures any data you enter is encrypted. We attempt to ensure all of our pages are in secure mode, this may not be possible on occasion due to third party scripts being loaded on some pages. This will not be the case when entering card details. Any page where you enter any card details should always be encrypted. If this is ever not the case, please contact us immediately.
The software and services we use to process card payments use a secure level of encryption method. This is done using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This prevents any insecure connections from seeing any personal information that they should not.
If you choose the option of saving your card details at the checkout process, this is done in form of ‘cookies’. This information is inaccessible to any individual from Supreme Industries Ltd.
If you decide to pay via Paypal – their own user agreement and privacy policy covers that particular payment method.
Supreme Industries Ltd will never ask for your pin number.
3. Pricing & Offers – Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to amend any prices displayed on our website(s) at any time. We take care to make sure any product prices or delivery charges are correct – it is possible that mistakes occur. We verify product prices following the receipt of an order and if an error is discovered we will contact you and give you the option of continuing with your purchase at the correct price or to cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you we will cancel the order and notify you in writing.
Please note that if a pricing error is obvious and could have been recognised by you as a pricing error, we do not have to provide the product(s) to you at the incorrect price even if we have failed to notify you that we do not accept your order within 7 days of us sending our order acknowledgement.
We will beat any price for like for like products as advertised, the products must be from the same manufacturer, brand and be completely brand new. We will not beat or match any price if this means we will lose money and results in a negative margin. To match or beat any price we require a legitimate quotation with a quotation number from the business/company you have got the price from. We reserve the right to refuse matching, or beating any price at our discretion.
We reserve the right to withdraw any offers, whether voucher codes or reduced prices, at any time.
On completion of placing your order online, you will receive an email acknowledgement (to the email address provided when placing the order). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted by us. The contract between us is formed when the goods are dispatched. We reserve the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order.
In the event of an order containing items which turn out to be out-of-stock or unobtainable, we will attempt to contact you on the details you provide and give you the choice of taking any product on your order that we have in stock and cancel the products on the order which we don’t have in stock. We may offer to follow at a later date with the remaining products which were out-of-stock if offering you this option suits us. If we cannot contact you on the details provided, we will send the products we can obtain or do have in stock and refund the purchase price of any unavailable product where payment has already been made.
4. Payment
Payment for products or services (including any delivery costs) will be debited from your payment card or paypal account (whichever is relevant) as soon as you submit your order to us at the checkout stage. This does not mean your order has been accepted, and, if for any reason, that the order you placed is not accepted or we are unable to supply the products, for whatever reason – we will issue a full refund for that particular order.
5. How the contact between Supreme Industries Ltd and you is formed.
Throughout the ordering process you have the chance to check and amend any errors before submitting your order. Once an order has been submitted you will receive an automatic email (to the email address you provided upon ordering) containing an order acknowledgement. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us, but only received.
Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation, returns and refunds policy, or we have contacted you to confirm that we are unable to accept your order, our acceptance of your order will occur automatically on the earlier of the date we deliver the Goods to you or 7 days following the date we send our order acknowledgement email. The contract between us will only be formed at this time.
We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. All of the order must be paid for in full, including all products, services and delivery charges – no order will be accepted until payment has been made in full.
All orders are subject to stock availability. We will contact you as soon as possible if any products are out of stock, if we are unable to make contact we will send any products which are in stock and refund the purchase price where payment has been received in full on the products which are out of stock.

All delivery dates & times are estimates, we are not responsible if a delivery does not arrive when you expected.
Deliveries are subject to change due to weather issues and any other non-specified factors.
Each of our websites operate under different delivery methods due to the range of products and suppliers we use to run our business. Please view our Deliveries page on the particular one of our websites to see the specific delivery methods for the website representing that part of our business.
When receiving a delivery please visually check the delivery and then sign if you are completely satisfied with the visual state of the goods. Once the delivery process is completed, please be sure to check each individual product closely and inspect for any faults, damages or missing items.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any damages, faults or missing items by visiting our Contact us page and emailing customerservices@supremeironworks.co.uk, please include your order reference number which will be displayed on your receipt which has been emailed to you prior to delivery. Please include any photos which may help us to resolve the issue. Be sure to closely inspect all items delivered, open all parcels, boxes or packages and check for any issues as stated above.
Please contact us directly and not attempt to contact us through any of our suppliers or couriers email addresses or contact numbers which may be displayed on the delivery notes you receive upon delivery.
If we are notified within the 48 hours and you have adhered to the terms and conditions, we will organize a delivery to replace any damaged, faulty or missing items free of charge. Please note in some circumstances we may not be able to receive any damaged or faulty products back due to the nature of some products, as this could impose health and safety risks. In most cases we will have the damaged or faulty products collected from you.
Please do not install any damaged or faulty goods as we will be unable to refund or replace any product which has been used or installed.
Please note that we can not be held responsible for any errors or wrong products ordered by the purchasing person. Such as wrong address, wrong products ordered or other non-specified issues. If you are unsure that what you are ordering is incorrect at any points, please do not order the product but instead email or call us to discuss the product in detail to ensure it is the correct product for you. Please ensure to check orders before processing to avoid disappointment.
If a delivery is attempted and fails on the date agreed due to no fault of the couriers or hauliers, we will charge for any subsequent deliveries.
We advise against booking any installers or contractors, or engaging in any preparatory work until full receipt and inspection of your order and delivered goods. We will not be liable or at fault for any tradesperson costs, or consequent loss or compensation in any way.
Once the delivery is signed, the responsibility of the products passes on to you, any risk, damage or loss is assumed by the purchaser. We are not responsible for any goods received or unpacked by anyone other than the purchaser, so please ensure that the person who purchased the goods is present at the address the delivery is taken to when delivering, this should avoid any disappointment.
Please note that a working day does not include weekends or bank holidays. We do not do or offer deliveries on weekends or bank holidays on specifically agreed by a Supreme Industries Ltd representative.
Please note any packaging or pallets which comes with your order is your responsibility to dispose of.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Product no longer required?
You can return any product which is unused, in its original state, condition and packaging to us, we will offer a full refund if you return it to us within 30 days of delivery to you. This right does not apply to bespoke or made to measure products.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel any order, excluding any bespoke or made to measure products) and you will receive a full refund for any payments already made in full. This will include all service or delivery charges at any time before the product or goods are dispatched or within 14 day starting on the day following the delivery.
No refund of delivery charges will be made if the cancellation notice is received outside of this time frame.
Please note that if you decide to cancel an order after the order has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your cost and within 14 days of the cancellation of your order.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be made to the card used to place the order and will be made no later than, the earlier of 14 days after our receipt of the returned products or 14 days after our receipt of evidence of the return of the product. We are permitted to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products which are due to the manner in which you have handled them.
Returning a Product
If you wish to return a Product after it has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the Product to us at your cost.
The particular product may need to go straight back to the supplier and not to us – before returning anything please contact us for address details at customerservices@supremeironworks.co.uk or call us.
If required, we are able to arrange for a courier or haulier to make the collection from you if you ask us, this will come at a minimum £30.00 cost to you. All refunds for returned products will be processed within 30 days and will be made to the account used to purchase the product.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the event that you receive a product from us which is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.
9. Images, Products, Text on our Websites
The images of products, the text descriptions of our products and actual products are correct at the time of adding them to the website, these are subject to check by the manufacturer without notice. All images on our website are a best indication we can give of the original item and are for illustration purposes only.
Products received may be different in terms of packaging and/or branding – the product we supply will be of same quality.
On occasion the manufacturer may make small changes to the design of a product, due to this, the item/items you receive may have small differences to the picture displayed on the website. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
All products are subject to stock availability at the time of ordering. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability.
10. V.A.T and statutory rights
All prices stated include VAT at 20%.
The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
11. Liability
Except for the remedies set out in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations section (see above), if any Product which we supply is proven to be damaged or defective we will either repair or replace the Product or offer a refund less a fair amount on account of your use of the Product.
Where we are unable to perform our obligations under the Contract due to matters outside of our control or if we supply a product that is damaged or defective we will not in any circumstances accept liability for any claim to recover loss of profits or any special or indirect loss, damage or expense. Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits in any way our liability for:
a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
c) any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
As a consumer customer you may have additional legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described and nothing in these Terms affects these rights. Further advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.
12. General
These terms and conditions confirm the legal terms on which we sell the products or services on our websites (Websites).
Our Privacy Policy, Terms of use, Delivery Information and cookies policies form part of these terms where links to these terms are set out within their terms.
These terms apply to any contract between us for the sale of products or services.
We reserve the rights to make any changes to these Terms. You should read these terms and conditions each time before placing an order as any updated terms will take place immediately.
Our site and it’s contents and any contract formed as a result of its use shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
