How fast is delivery?

Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days from receipt of the order by default, alternatively, you can select a different date at the checkout stage to what suits you.

Alternatively, if you need something quicker – you can contact us via chat, email or telephone to see if we can arrange a faster delivery.

How will it be delivered?

Most deliveries will be on a hi-ab (crane) vehicle, meaning they can deliver up to 5 metres from the curbside onto your property (garden/driveway etc).

If you require a smaller vehicle, like a van – contact us directly to see if this is something we can arrange, many depots and companies we work with do have smaller vehicle options at request.

What if my items are damaged?

If any of your items arrive damaged or faulty, contact us immediately. The customer tells us their preferred method to tackle this, which is usually a swap of the damaged goods or we can arrange to collect the items and offer a refund.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we do – we would always recommend contacting us via email or telephone with the items you require and we will be as competitive as possible.

Can you deliver to my property, I’m not sure about the access.

If you are unsure whether or not we can gain access to your property either the issue is a tight road, bend or cars parked awkwardly contact us at with your postcode and property number so we can check it on maps. It would also help if you attached images of the issue in question so we can make an informed decision.

Can I track my order?

Electronically, no – Unfortunately as we use multiple distributors and suppliers which provide their own transport and tracking systems, there is no consistent way for us to provide tracking information electronically at this time.
