Description

110mm Screwed Access Plug

Product Description

This 110mm Screwed Access Plug provides a reliable means of sealing off underground drainage pipe runs while retaining the option to access them later. Designed to cap a 110 mm drainage pipe securely, it includes a spigot tail that fits neatly into matching socketed pipework. The terracotta-coloured PVCu construction allows for a consistent appearance with terracotta pipe systems, and the screwed access cap ensures the plug can be removed as needed for inspections or future extensions.

Key Features

  • 110 mm diameter, matching standard underground drainage pipe size.

  • Made of durable PVCu in terracotta colour, resistant to underground environmental conditions.

  • Screwed (threaded) access cap to allow occasional removal or access without disturbing the rest of the installation.

  • Spigot tail fit – spigot end to fit into socketed pipe outlet for a tight seal.

  • Meets underground drainage standards (e.g. BS EN as applicable for access fittings).

  • Approximate dimensions: height ~ 135 mm; width ~ 135 mm; length (spigot portion) ~ 80 mm; weight ~ 0.30-0.35 kg.

Benefits

  • Sealable & accessible: Keeps drainage systems sealed but allows access for maintenance or future construction.

  • Durable & matched appearance: Terracotta colour and PVCu material ensure aesthetic and compatibility with existing terracotta pipe systems.

  • Reliable seal: Spigot tail and screwed cap help prevent water ingress or leakage when properly installed.

  • Low-maintenance: Once fitted, little upkeep is required, though occasional inspection or re-securing of the cap helps maintain integrity.

  • Flexibility for future works: If further branch-offs or inspections are needed, this component can be removed without disrupting the entire pipeline.
