The rockwool rwa45 60mm Acoustic Insulation Slab is a high-performance stone wool product engineered for thermal, acoustic and fire protection across internal walls, floors, ceilings and roofs.

Manufactured at a density of ~ 45 kg/m³, this slab delivers a thermal conductivity (λ-value) of ~ 0.035 W/m·K, providing excellent insulation efficiency. Its non-combustible Euroclass A1 fire rating means it contributes no flame spread and is suitable for fire-resistant constructions.

The 60mm thickness strikes a strong balance between depth and performance: ideal where you need significant acoustic or thermal upgrade but want to avoid deeper build-up. The stone wool fibre structure is highly effective at sound absorption, making this slab particularly useful for partitions, separating floors/ceilings or where sound insulation is key.
