Featuring the patented FLEXI Edge® along one side of each slab, the slab ensures a snug friction-fit between timber or metal studs, reducing voids, improving acoustic integrity and minimising material waste.

Thermally, the slab has a declared thermal conductivity of around 0.038 W/m·K, making it effective for controlling heat loss as part of framed wall, floor or ceiling systems.

Fire safety is built-in: the slab is classified Euroclass A1 (non-combustible) under BS EN 13501-1, giving peace of mind in fire-sensitive applications and compliance with modern building regulations.
