Upgrade your cavity wall’s insulation performance with this high-efficiency Celotex Cavity Batts 50mm, sized at 1200 mm × 450 mm, covering approximately 5.94 m² per pack. The board features a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core, providing excellent thermal performance with a thermal conductivity of around 0.022 W/m·K.

Both faces are finished with low-emissivity foil facings, enhancing the insulation effect within the cavity air space and helping to achieve lower U-values in your masonry build. The board’s dimensions match standard wall tie spacing (1200mm length × 450mm width) so installation is quicker and simpler—cutting down on labour time and waste.

This product is tailored for partial-fill masonry cavity walls, where you wish to maintain a residual cavity for moisture drainage while improving thermal efficiency. The 50 mm thickness allows it to fit typical 75 mm cavity widths while maintaining a 25 mm air gap, helping to control moisture while insulating.
