Upgrade your cavity wall insulation with this high-performance Kingspan Kooltherm 60mm, sized at 1200 × 450 mm and covering approximately 4.32 m² per pack. Designed for partial-fill masonry cavity walls, the board uses a rigid thermoset phenolic insulation core faced on both sides with low-emissivity composite foil, delivering excellent thermal performance with a thermal conductivity of just ≈ 0.019 W/m·K.

The modest 60 mm thickness makes it ideal where cavity widths are restricted, or where you need to retain more internal space while still achieving strong insulation performance. Its pre-sized format (1200 × 450 mm) matches typical wall-tie patterns, helping to reduce cutting waste and accelerate on-site installation.

Faced boards help minimise air-infiltration and maintain a clear residual cavity width, protecting against moisture penetration while supporting long-term durability.
