Product no longer required?
You can return any product which is unused, in its original state, condition and packaging to us, we will offer a full refund if you return it to us within 30 days of delivery to you. This right does not apply to bespoke or made to measure products.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel any order, excluding any bespoke or made to measure products) and you will receive a full refund for any payments already made in full. This will include all service or delivery charges at any time before the product or goods are dispatched or within 14 day starting on the day following the delivery.
No refund of delivery charges will be made if the cancellation notice is received outside of this time frame.
Please note that if you decide to cancel an order after the order has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your cost and within 14 days of the cancellation of your order.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be made to the card used to place the order and will be made no later than, the earlier of 14 days after our receipt of the returned products or 14 days after our receipt of evidence of the return of the product. We are permitted to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products which are due to the manner in which you have handled them.
Returning a Product
If you wish to return a Product after it has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the Product to us at your cost.
The particular product may need to go straight back to the supplier and not to us – before returning anything please contact us for address details at customerservices@suprememerchants.co.uk or call us.
If required, we are able to arrange for a courier or haulier to make the collection from you if you ask us, this will come at a 25% restocking charge or a minimum £30.00 cost to you. All refunds for returned products will be processed within 30 days and will be made to the account used to purchase the product.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the event that you receive a product from us which is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.
