Upgrade your cavity wall insulation with the Celotex Cavity Batts 75mm, supplied in board dimensions of 1200 mm (length) × 450 mm (width) and covering approximately 4.32 m² per pack (8 boards). This high-performance product is engineered for partial-fill masonry cavity wall applications, where superior thermal performance is required without excessive board thickness.

The boards feature a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core with low-emissivity foil facing on both sides—enhancing thermal efficiency within the cavity air space. With a thermal conductivity of approximately 0.022 W/m·K, it offers excellent insulation performance and helps to meet current regulatory U-value targets.

Each board is pre-sized to standard wall-tie spacing (1200 × 450mm), meaning less cutting, fewer waste off-cuts and quicker installation on site. The 75 mm thickness is especially useful when you have a narrower cavity width or need to maintain a residual cavity for drainage or ventilation, yet still deliver strong insulation performance.

Durability and long term performance are built in: the rigid core maintains dimensional stability, the foil facings resist moisture and air infiltration, and the board is BBA-certified for the specified use as partial-fill cavity wall insulation.
