Celotex Cavity Batts 100mm (1200×450) 3.24m2 CW4100
Celotex Insulation / Xtratherm / Recticel / Kingspan / Unilin / Ecotherm
Upgrade your masonry cavity wall’s thermal performance with this high-efficiency Celotex Cavity Batts 100mm, sized at 1200 mm × 450 mm and covering approximately 3.24 m² per pack. This rigid board features a PIR (polyisocyanurate) foam core with low-emissivity foil facings on both sides, delivering excellent insulation in partial-fill cavity wall applications.
With a thermal conductivity of approximately 0.022 W/m·K, it provides outstanding thermal resistance and helps meet stringent building-regulation U-values. The 100 mm thickness makes it well-suited for 90-100 mm cavity systems or when higher performance is required without a much wider cavity.
Boards are factory-cut to standard size for wall-tie spacing (1200 × 450 mm), helping speed up installation and reduce waste.  The foil facings also improve long-term performance by limiting air and radiant heat exchange within the cavity. Additionally, the boards are lightweight, dimensionally stable, and built for long service life.
Ideal for new builds, extensions, or retrofit projects, this insulation board supports improved energy efficiency, reduced heating costs, and compliance with regulations. However, as with all cavity wall insulation, correct installation and remaining cavity width (for drainage/ventilation) must be ensured.
