Order Placement Checklist

We are unable to deliver to private roads or A roads.

Ensure vehicle access is at least 3 meters wide.

Deliveries cannot be made on slopes or hills.

Pump trucks cannot place goods on soft or loose surfaces, including grass or gravel.

Delivery area must be clear of obstacles like low cables or overhanging trees.

Deliveries will be left at the kerbside as a minimum.

All orders are delivered on wooden pallets by a lorry with tail lift off load. We strive to make our deliveries as eco-friendly as possible and build our loads efficiently and effectively within each area. This means your order may arrive on 7.5, 18 or 26 tonne vehicle with a tail-lift and a manual pump trolley.

Before placing your order, it is essential that you, as the customer, understand and take full responsibility for the following delivery information. Supreme Merchants will always strive to meet your delivery requests. However, by agreeing to our terms and conditions, it is your responsibility to ensure that the conditions are appropriate for the safe and successful completion of the delivery.

It is at the discretion of the delivery driver to determine whether these conditions are safe and suitable for delivery. Supreme Merchants accepts no liability for any consequences resulting from the positioning of pallets or bulk bags by the delivery driver.

Delivery vehicles require a firm, level surface for unloading, and you must ensure that the delivery vehicle has safe access to the unloading point. Deliveries are typically made kerbside, and where possible, the driver will attempt to place your delivery as requested. In some cases, a ‘drop-kerb’ may be necessary for delivery. The lorries use small pump-action trolleys to maneuver the pallet, so it is essential that the surface is level. These trolleys are designed for use on concrete, tarmac, or block-paved areas and cannot be used on gravel, soil, earth, or uneven or loose ground. Please note that our lorries cannot deliver on any form of slope, hill, or incline.

Once you have selected your postal area during the quoting or purchasing process, we will be able to provide you with an exact delivery cost. Our pallets and bulk bags are non-returnable, and we encourage the recycling of these materials.

Supreme Merchants is committed to accommodating individual delivery requests and will always make every effort to meet these demands. We are happy to deliver without the customer or a representative present; however, we accept no liability for any damage, theft, or deterioration of the delivered items.

The company will not be liable for non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control. If delivery cannot be completed or is refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the delivery cost and any costs incurred by Supreme Merchants to return the goods
