Upgrade the thermal performance of your cavity wall build with this Kingspan Kooltherm 100mm sized at 1200 mm × 450 mm, covering approximately 2.70 m² per pack. This board is designed for partial-fill cavity wall applications, and features a rigid, fibre-free phenolic core faced on both sides with a low-emissivity composite foil.

With an ultra-low thermal conductivity of about 0.019 W/m·K, this insulation board allows you to meet stringent U-value targets while maximizing internal floor space.

The board’s dimensions (1200 mm × 450 mm) correspond with standard masonry tie spacing, helping simplify installation and reduce waste.

Thanks to its foil-faced finish, the board supports improved cavity performance by reducing radiant heat loss and resisting moisture migration. It is specifically engineered for use where a clear residual cavity must be maintained for drainage or ventilation, while still achieving high insulation performance.
