Make tricky pipe joins easier with the Flexseal Internal Push Fit Coupling 4 Inch IC100P. Designed for comms where the outer surface of pipes is hard to access (for example, pipes encased in concrete or brick), this coupling uses the internal surface of the pipe to form a strong, watertight connection. It’s perfect for repairs, retrofits, or situations where pipe ends have been cut flush or are otherwise constrained from behind.

Built from a combination of ABS and EPDM rubber, this Icon Pushfit coupling conforms to WIS 4-41-01, BS EN 681-1:1996, and BS EN 295-4:2013 standards. It is rated for DN100 applications, covering pipe internal diameters from 99mm to 103mm. The coupling is approximately 110mm long, with width & depth about 100mm each, and weighs 0.22 kg. Colour: black.

It features a “pipe stop” inside that ensures the pipe is inserted the correct depth for secure sealing, and tapered lips to reduce internal steps and preserve flow efficiency. Installation is quick — push-in, clamp, done — no need for solvent welds or external couplings in many cases.
