Autumn Brown is a natural stone product, so variations in colour, pattern, texture, thickness and surface profile are completely normal. These differences are part of the stone’s character and should not be considered defects.

For the most balanced finished appearance, we recommend opening several packs and mixing slabs from different crates as installation progresses. Ordering approximately 10% more paving than the measured area is also recommended to accommodate cuts, selection and potential breakages.

What slab sizes are included?

A joint of approximately 10mm is recommended for this hand-cut natural sandstone. Slight adjustment may be necessary because the slab dimensions and edges naturally vary.

Can these slabs be used for a driveway?

These slabs are primarily intended for patios, pathways and other pedestrian garden areas. They should not be used for a driveway unless the entire installation—including the slab specification, sub-base and laying system—has been professionally designed to carry vehicle loads.

How much extra paving should I order?

We recommend ordering approximately 10% more than the measured area. This provides an allowance for cuts, natural slab selection, handling and possible transit breakages.

How do I clean Autumn Brown sandstone?

Sweep the paving regularly and wash it using clean water and a suitable natural-stone cleaner when required. Avoid harsh acids and unsuitable chemicals, as these may stain or damage sandstone.

Will the paving require maintenance?

Natural sandstone is relatively straightforward to maintain. Routine sweeping, occasional cleaning and periodic resealing—if a sealer has been applied—will help preserve its appearance for years.
